
Jean Holmes is an experienced attorney, admitted to practice in Oklahoma, and before a number of federal district courts, the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Jean has been with Winters & King, Inc. since 1988. She likes the challenges of law practice, and loves to help people, especially as a peacemaker.
Jean has her B.A. from Mills College, and J.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo. Jean has been a motor carrier lawyer, an administrative law judge, and associate professor of law at Oral Roberts University. Jean is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Appellate Practice Section, the Probate and Estate Planning Section and the Intellectual Property Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and a member of the Christian Legal Society, a national organization.

Jean has been a radio talk show hostess, taught Sunday School teacher for both adults, teens and children, and a Christian lay speaker. Jean is an animal and nature lover, a writer and gourmet cook. Jean has several published articles and is author of the popular book about God’s plans for animals here and in eternity: Do Dogs Go To Heaven.
