Wesley R. Carter attended high school in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He earned a B.S. from Northeastern State University where he was named as a 21st Century Scholar and awarded the University’s highest scholarship. Wesley went on to graduate Cum Laude from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he served as an Editor of the Tulsa Law Review and received numerous awards for his academic excellence. Wesley worked on a Felony Team at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office during law school. He was serving as counsel for another Tulsa law firm when Winters & King, Inc. acquired him in the Spring of 2008. Wesley has written articles pertaining to non-profit organizations for various publications. Although his practice focuses on non-profit law, Wesley also practices in the areas of Contracts, Trademark, Employment and Internet Law.
