Ron is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1985, he graduated from Oral Roberts University. In 1988, he received his law degree from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota. After he received his law degree, Ron moved to Chicago, Illinois, where he was a judicial clerk and later practiced criminal defense law.
In 2000, Ron, his wife and three children made Tulsa their home. They moved from Chicago to Tulsa in order to be closer to family. Ron has been an associated attorney with Winters & King, Inc. since 2002. His areas of practice include family law, juvenile, collections, and criminal defense. He is also active in his church and his children’s sports and their other activities.
